Syrian Pound Strengthens Against US Dollar
The Syrian Pound strengthened against the US Dollar, with the rate at 133.875 SYP per USD. This represents a 0.2% strengthening for the pound over the last two weeks. Buy and sell rates were 133.5 and 134.25 SYP respectively.
Pound Gains Against Euro and Lira, Weakens vs. Riyal
The Syrian Pound also strengthened against the Euro and Turkish Lira. The EUR/SYP rate was 151.65, a 0.3% strengthening for the pound in two weeks. The TRY/SYP rate was 2.82, marking a 0.9% strengthening. However, the pound weakened slightly against the Saudi Riyal, with the SAR/SYP rate at 35.545, a 0.1% weakening over the same period.
Gold Prices Rise Across Carats
Gold prices in US Dollars increased over the past 24 hours. Gold 24K was quoted at 131 USD per gram, up 0.9%. Gold 21K rose 0.5% to 115 USD per gram, and Gold 18K increased 0.7% to 98 USD per gram.
Ethereum Sees Gains, Bitcoin Stable
In the cryptocurrency market, Ethereum (ETH) gained 1.8% over 24 hours, reaching 1931 USD. Bitcoin (BTC) remained stable, showing no change in its 24-hour performance, holding at 64621 USD.
