Syrian Pound Exchange Rates
The Syrian Pound (SYP) continued to weaken against key foreign currencies. The US Dollar (USD) was quoted at 137.875 SYP (buy 137.5, sell 138.25), marking a 2.9% weakening of the pound over two weeks. Against the Euro (EUR), the pound weakened by 1.3% over two weeks, with the rate at 156.05 SYP (buy 155, sell 157.1). The Turkish Lira (TRY) was at 2.805 SYP (buy 2.79, sell 2.82), reflecting a 2.2% weakening for the pound in two weeks. Similarly, the Saudi Riyal (SAR) stood at 36.525 SYP (buy 36.24, sell 36.81), with the pound weakening by 2.8% over the same period.
Gold Prices Decline
Gold prices in US Dollar terms saw declines over the past 24 hours. Gold 24K was at 133 USD per gram, down 3.8%. Gold 21K traded at 116 USD per gram, a decrease of 3.5%. Gold 18K was quoted at 99 USD per gram, showing a 3.7% decline.
Cryptocurrency Market Sees Declines
Major cryptocurrencies also experienced declines in US Dollar value over the last 24 hours. Bitcoin (BTC) was priced at 82938 USD, down 1.8%. Ethereum (ETH) traded at 2669 USD, marking a 0.7% decrease.
